What you’ll need
- A wax warmer (either electric or tea-light)
- Your favourite Love Just Melts wax melt
Step-by-step
- Choose your warmer and place it on a flat, heat-safe surface.
- Add 1–2 wax melt segments to the dish (start with one if your room is smaller).
- Turn on your electric warmer or light a 4 hour burn tea-light underneath (if using a tea-light burner).
- Relax and enjoy as the wax melts and the fragrance begins to flow.
- When the scent fades, turn off the warmer and let the wax fully cool and harden before removing.
How long do they last?
This depends on the scent and your warmer, but most melts can fragrance your space for several hours. You’ll know it’s time to change when the wax still melts, but the scent is much lighter.
How to change the wax (easy ways)
- Cotton pad method (while warm): Turn off the warmer and place a cotton pad in the melted wax to soak it up.
- Cool & pop method (when solid): Let the wax cool completely, then gently pop it out.
- Freezer method: If it’s stubborn, place the dish in the freezer for 10–15 minutes and the wax should lift out easily.
Safety tips
- Never leave a warmer unattended.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Don’t add water, oils, or anything else to the wax.
- Tea-light warmers: use a standard 4-hour tea-light and don’t overfill the dish.
- Allow the warmer to cool before moving it.
