Welcome to Love Just Melts. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

  1. About Us

Love Just Melts Garstang, Lancashire Email: lovejustmelts@outlook.com We create and sell handmade soy wax melts, candles, carpet fresheners, and home-fragrance products.

  1. Orders

  • All products are handmade in small batches.
  • Colours, appearance, and scent strength may vary slightly from product to product due to the nature of handmade items.
  • When placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.

  1. Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail or courier services and are estimated, not guaranteed.
  • You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when ordering. We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

  1. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

As home-fragrance items cannot be resold once opened, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged. Damaged on Arrival If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will offer either:
  • A replacement, or
  • A refund for the damaged item
We reserve the right to decline refunds where damage has occurred after delivery (e.g., through misuse or storage).

  1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

  1. Product Safety & Usage

For your safety:
  • Always follow the instructions provided with wax melts, candles, and carpet fresheners.
  • Never leave a candle or burner unattended.
  • Keep products away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
Love Just Melts is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.

  1. Allergies & Sensitivities

Our products contain fragrance oils and other ingredients that may not be suitable for everyone. Full ingredient information is available on request. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for sensitivities before use.

  1. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).
  • We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors at any time.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide is used solely for processing your order and will never be shared with third parties, except where necessary for delivery.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Love Just Melts is not liable for:
  • Delays caused by postal services
  • Damage resulting from incorrect storage or misuse of products
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the value of the items purchased.
